We are an established, corporate rental duo!

 

Karen has a strong background in real estate and hospitality.  Her family owned a rental  business in NYC for over 40 years.  Also, she worked at luxurious resorts in the Poconos. She has a keen eye for design and aesthetics. Karen makes sure that the apartment is extra comfy, tastefully decorated, and ultra clean for each guest. She is the property manager.  She handles guest services, marketing and business operations.

Benjamin, (Mandrake is his nick name), has a background in health and human services. He's gained a great deal of experience, in the last several years, in corporate rentals. He co-operates the business and does a excellent and timely job with grounds and maintenance.
