Suite on Sanford is a residential, furnished, short-term, corporate apartment rental business.  We manage one apartment so our attention is focused solely on our renters' needs, one rental at a time.

 

Our business model is not a hotel and it is unique from other short term rentals.  We cater exclusively to professionals who crave a more personal setting and enjoy feeling a sense  of home while they're away- all the while receiving 1st class services.  Whether you're seeking a temporary, furnished apartment for a work assignment or contract, doing rotations at Holy Cross or other local hospitals, visiting family who live in the area, getting medical treatments, insurance displacement from your home, relocating to the area, etc., this apartment offers a comfortable, peaceful stay.

 

Our rental appeals to short-term renters who desire staying in a relaxing, woodsy neighborhood, having access to the DC area minus generic accommodations, city noise and expensive parking.

Additionally, we owners, live onsite, in the unit upstairs. This ensures upkeep on the property.  Also, we are on hand to make sure your needs are being met while providing you the level of privacy you desire.
